There’s a certain kind of writing that doesn’t fit inside a polished article. The half-formed thought that appears while you’re making coffee. The honest line that arrives when you’re too tired to filter yourself. The quiet realization that doesn’t need a headline, only a place to land. That’s what The Notes Edition is for.

I write these notes the same way I live the rest of my analog-leaning life: slowly, intentionally, and away from the noise. They’re shorter than my long-form essays, more personal than my blog posts, and often the first spark of ideas that later become something bigger. They’re the in-between moments that rarely make it into the final draft, but often matter the most.

Inside the Notes, you’ll find reflections on digital minimalism, motherhood, sanity in the online world, and the tension between wanting to stay connected and wanting to live a life that isn’t dictated by a screen. Sometimes it’s a full reflection. Sometimes it’s one paragraph. Sometimes it’s a sentence that arrived at the right time.

If you enjoy the themes of After Scroll — the quieter pace, the sanity, the clarity — the Notes are where all of that begins. It’s the backstage, the warm-up, the margin of the page.

If you want to follow along, receive every new note, and join me as I map out a slower, more grounded way to live and create online, you can subscribe below. No pressure, no algorithms, no clutter — just writing sent directly to you, at a pace that makes sense.
